Royal trek

Royal trek

The royal trek is one of the famous and easiest treks in Annapurna region. This trek is especially suitable for the beginners and elderly people. The trek has been named the Royal trek as Britain's prince Charles walked it in the 1980s. It's an excellent trek to do, as it doesn't entail any particular long walking days but plenty to see. The route gradually climbs up through the entnic villages and forest of magnolia and rhododendron. The regions are so unspoiled as to have no tea house, and we will need to camp. The royal trek offers panoramic views of pokhara valley and beautiful Machapuchere as well as Annapurna range to north and magnificent lakes surrounded by mountains in the south, lamjung himal, manaslu and himchuli in the east.
